Summary: The Manager, Digital Ad Sales Marketing will be responsible for various facets of developing and executing client specific marketing solutions and communication tools that help drive advertising revenue for the Food Network & The Cooking Channel digital platforms. A Digital Ad Sales Marketing Manager must have full knowledge of the content, audiences and sponsor opportunities of the Food Network & The Cooking Channel category websites, its mobile sites and applications and its social platforms. They must be able to communicate the value of their marketing solutions clearly to members of the Sales team, clients and internal partners. Also, this person needs the ability to manage and steer deadline driven projects that touch multiple departments and platforms. In addition to representing Digital Ad Sales Marketing in internal meetings, the manager will occasionally attend client meetings with both digital sales and on-air sales staff, and travel to our regional offices. Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities • Work with account executives, editorial teams and Digital Ad Sales Marketing counterparts to drive custom and off-the-shelf sponsorship opportunities for digital advertising partners, providing result-oriented success • When needed, work across teams and platforms to develop digital elements for larger convergent and cross brand sponsorship programs • Manage pre and post sales process for client specific programs, with the assistance of the Activation Team • Develop and update compelling client specific materials and collateral • Working with Research to collect data from web analytics, historical data and any other sources that might help in putting together effective pre-and post-sale presentations • Act as key Digital Ad Sales Marketing liaison in meetings with sales including brainstorming sessions and execution kick off calls for client specific programs • Work with Pricing and Inventory and Research teams to create recap materials for the digital Food Network & Cooking Channel "Digital Events"
Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in the interactive marketplace • Bachelor's Degree
