The ideal candidate we select must: Possess an in-depth knowledge of, and ability to create and maintain operating budgets, supervise routine preventative and maintenance operations; Assist with marketing and leasing efforts and have a solid understanding of all types of leases and insurance; Negotiate and award service contracts, work with supervisors and field staff; produce accurate, detailed monthly property owner reports in a timely manner. A minimum of 5+ years documented experience in the fields of retail, commercial, office, industrial and warehouse property management is required. Applicant must be energetic and accomplishment oriented. As a new member of the team, tasks will be taken on with a hands-on, roll your sleeves up approach. Individual should be ready to immediately engage and effectively function in a fast paced environment. Interaction will include all levels of Company management, tenants, co-workers, staff, supervisors, vendors from a wide array of disciplines and; therefore, well developed communication (verbal & written) and organizational skills are indispensable, as well as, a proficiency in property management related computer applications.
