And you'll do your life's best work.(sm) This position is a critical function within Medicare and Retirement Marketing as it is the execution arm for all consumer outreach that includes: Direct Mail, Email, Outbound Calls, Web Visits and Real-Time Offer Management. This position is responsible for data management in support of programs such as Member Outreach, CMS STARS Ratings, Member Retention Communications, Member Plan Migrations and Acquisition marketing. The Development and Data Health (DDH) Consultant is responsible for all aspects of data management activities for the Consumer Marketing database. These activities include: managing data acquisition, database enhancement and system development projects. This individual participates in requirements definition, benefits analysis, technical strategy, research and development, technical analysis and design and supports the definition, testing and final roll-out of marketing database solutions.
Required Qualifications:Bachelor degree in business, technology, related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience 5+ years of consumer marketing experience Experience with relational databases, database structures and design, systems design, data management, data warehouse, MS Access and SQL Strong, proven project management skills Ability to manage team members to meet project related goals and support on-going maintenance Ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to work well independently as well as a team player Excellent organizational and time management skills Creative thinker, problem solver, technical leader Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Must be proficient in Microsoft AccessPreferred Qualifications:5+ years of digital marketing experience, with knowledge of Real-Time Offer Management, API Careers at UnitedHealthcare Medicare & Retirement.The Boomer generation is the fastest growing market segment in health care.
