Job Summary: Plan, organizes, and directs all aspects of marketing and events including but not limited to: strategic planning, department expenses and revenue, contributions for the annual fund, assisting the Church Relations Officer to raise funds through churches, grant research, development and oversight, special events, and all marketing material including website management and social media.
• Accomplish all strategic plan objectives. • Meet all requirements with revenue and expenses for budget. • Donor solicitations including but not limited to: o Calls/emails/face-to-face o Campus tours o Connect donors to residents • Assist Church Relations Officer to raise funds through churches o Spring and Fall Representative Meetings
Accomplish special events including but not limited to, campus naming events, Catalyst4Change, Coaches4Kids, Notre Dame tailgate, manage host/hostess committee.
Apply for grants that will serve as budget relieving dollars and relevant to Wernle’s programs.
Must possess a Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of networking, fundraising, grant writing, marketing and event planning experience. Position requires exceptional communication, relationship building and business writing skills.
