George Mason University, Office of Integrated Enrollment Marketing Communications invites applications for an Enrollment Marketing Traffic Manager. The Office of Integrated Enrollment Marketing Communications develops marketing and communication plans to support and enhance the recruitment, admission and enrollment of new students to the university.
The Enrollment Marketing Traffic Manager will have primary responsibility for the production plans associated with enrollment marketing email campaigns through the constituent relationship management tool (TargetX/Salesforce). This position coordinates the approvals and scheduling of both email content, and associated recipient reports, across all constituent groups to insure timely and accurate delivery. This position also is responsible for reporting on campaign performance metrics, implementing campaign testing and segmentation, maintaining the source code library and unique URLs for tracking campaign analytics, developing and managing constituent subscription options, and developing documentation of these processes and best practices.
Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications or equivalent combination of education and experience;
Knowledge of CRMs and their use in marketing and communications campaigns;
Excellent verbal and written abilities;
Familiarity with project management processes; and
Progressive career experience in marketing and/or communications role.
Salary: Commensurate with education and experience.
