Cox Media Group is looking for a Marketing Manager with extensive Healthcare experience to deepen Cox Health Marketing's expertise and brand while leveraging that knowledge to help drive incremental revenue through our existing platforms and field sales teams.
Serve as an internal Healthcare Marketing & Brand expert by working closely with the Managing Director and Director of Digital Strategy to provide insights and project support that will help drive healthcare revenue across all CMG and non-CMG markets
Effectively understand, communicate and execute a suite of field support services that enable sellers and sales leaders to better identify, access, close and grow targeted healthcare clients, including but not limited to:
Standard training or coaching on the industry, terminology, key trends, target client needs and effective tactics
Client workshops/discussions to demonstrate CMG services + expertise
Simple + effective healthcare data, insights and research reports / one-pagers
Client facing Discovery and Sales presentation best practices
Grow the Cox Health Marketing (CHM) brand to successfully drive Healthcare revenue
Project manage CHM blog content and sales collateral development with key vendor partners
Update CHM website content and posts regularly via CMS
Manage CHM social strategy (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
Project manage CHM branding campaigns and lead generation strategies
Partner with key Cox stakeholders to ensure successful execution of the Healthcare strategy, identify + resolve roadblocks and assist with the implementation of cross-platform/division best practices

Healthcare Advocates and Sellers
B.A./B.S. required; MBA, a plus
5+ years of marketing experience with healthcare providers required (large physician practices, hospitals or health systems); current, deep knowledge of the healthcare industry and related marketing trends essential
Experience working or partnering with creative/digital agencies, a plus.
Experience using project management tools, email newsletter tools, inbound marketing and sales platforms (such as HubSpot) strongly desired
Familiarity with sales organizations, particularly in the local media space, a plus.
