Under the supervision of the Director of Strategic Communications & Marketing, this position will support the planning and implementation of all marketing strategies.
Manage all digital initiatives. Expand and execute digital marketing strategy.
Develop, produce and write and meaningful content for website and digital outlets. Update website, social media posts and email communications.
Track and analyze Google Analytics and other relevant digital tracking tools and make appropriate recommendations based on findings in an effort to increase traffic and SEO standing.
Support in the development of traditional marketing campaigns and expand across digital platforms.
Create compelling messaging that highlights academic, artistic and athletic achievements, philanthropic success, volunteer engagements as well as awards and recognitions of dTHS.
Implement and analyze consumer data
Research trends and new marketing outlets as well as competitor initiatives to determine market requirements for existing and future campaigns.
Create and maintain weekly and periodic e-mail communications.
Responsible for coordinating all content and assets to be used for marketing and communication materials, advertising campaigns, invitations, and annual report, etc.
Gathering and helping to create content for general marketing campaigns for special events, Parent Org, Athletics, Summer School, Admissions materials, and other print publications.
Marketing support for the Education Department and Institutional Advancement.
Maintain the Marketing calendar in relation to the school calendar as well as coordinate production scheduling and trafficking of materials.
Updating and keeping track of the marketing budget.
Working closely with outside vendors to obtain quotes, invoices and filling out related purchase orders.
Ensure clear and transparent communication between and amongst all internal constituencies, including staff and faculty.
Participate in professional development in order to stay current in best practices and marketing trends for independent schools.
Proven experience in the Marketing field
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Analytical and creative thinking with strong writing skills
Ability to multitask and ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic, fast paced environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented approach with aptitude
Up to date with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
Digital marketing and social media experience is required
Knowledgeable with web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and Google Adwords
BS/BA in business administration, marketing and communications or relevant field preferred
Familiarity with Constant Contact, Blackbaud and Adobe Creative Suite a plus
Prior experience in Education a plus
