Reports directly to the Associate Director of Marketing Recruitment. The Recruitment Marketing Content Coordinator will be responsible for planning, managing and executing recruitment marketing projects as assigned by the Associate Director of Marketing, Recruitment. This role will function as both a graphic designer and project manager.

Develop and implement assigned projects, following through to completion
Support recruitment marketing activities including: management of day-to-day administrative tasks; creates/tracks deadlines, progress, and reports; plans meetings; prepares agendas and meeting materials as needed
Field and process internal requests if encountered
Maintain a high level of awareness of recruitment marketing activities across Harris Public Policy
Administrative work including; tracking project details, researching competitors, archiving previous content and compiling meeting notes/creative briefs for internal distribution
Assist with graphic design projects including; updates to existing design files, development of new graphics and the ability to build upon current visual assets with new content and photos
Excellent communication skills: Will be expected to confirm project assignments, deadlines and communicate project statuses
Productive and can work independently as well as on a team
Professional, fun-loving, and open to constructive criticism
Ability and willingness to contribute ideas and creative solutions to increase brand awareness, digital engagement, and visibility among prospect audiences.
Enjoy working with third parties such as video producers, freelance designers, copywriters and copy editors when necessary
Artistic, entrepreneurial, analytical AND detailed
Education, Experience or Certifications:
Master's degree preferred, but not required
Understand the process of creating materials for print including terms like bleed, CMYK and DP
Understand the process of producing printed collateral, signage and promotional materials
Technical Knowledge and Skills:
Proficient and enjoy using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other like applications to create visual communications on brand and on time
Somewhat experienced with HTML and CSS and willing to become proficient on your own time
Employment Duration: Ability to start as soon as possible a plus. Through December 2018 with possibility to extend. Hours per week is 20- 37
