The Digital and Communications Associate is responsible for updating and managing a wide range of content for BNYMWM's digital marketing offerings and sales enablement programs. Reporting to the Digital Brand Manager and working collaboratively with business units and corporate marketing team representatives, the Digital and Communications Associate is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and subsequent performance analysis of BNYMWM digital content and presentation materials. Content includes web-based copy, product literature, photography, charts/graphs, video, audio, whitepapers, shareholder materials, brochures, and articles. Candidate would also be responsible for email marketing campaigns. Working within a team environment where client service and clear communications are essential for success, the Digital and Communications Associate must demonstrate business acumen, excellent project management and communication skills, and experience coordinating/executing digital content. Must understand the client's business and its objectives; financial services industry experience highly encouraged. Demonstrated project management skills and keen attention to detail; capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and influencing skills with a demonstrated ability to build relationships with cross- enterprise stakeholders at all levels of individuals within the organization. Ability to prioritize workload, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and meet demanding deadlines.
Undergraduate degree in related field or equivalent business experience required. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience with web content and development processes, best practices, and emerging trends. Knowledge of HTML/XML and experience with Content Management Systems (preferably CrownPeak). Understanding of how to optimize site content for organic search engine rankings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Access, Project). Proficiency in Google Analytics.
