The Integrated Marketing Manager will plan and execute integrated print and online/digital marketing campaigns, manage internal communications for the school and oversee project flow for the marketing/communications team.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Write and develop content for print and digital marketing and communications
Work with digital communications manager to write and edit web content and/or social media campaign content
Plan and manage freelancers to produce videos and multimedia for digital campaigns and internal communications
Assist Senior Writer with magazine content including editing and copyediting
Manage and negotiate budget for online advertising and assess ROI and performance for various campaigns
Proactively initiate ideas for testing new digital marketing campaigns
Internal communications: Manages the school’s internal communications across channels and platforms, including:
Develops the school’s internal communication strategy, in coordination with the Director and the Senior Associate Dean
Plans, writes, edits, fact checks, and distributes content for a variety of internal communications, including school-wide internal newsletters and mass emails
Maintains databases, email distribution lists, and school directories
Manages digital displays throughout the school
Manages the school’s online calendar
Project management: Manages requests from internal consitutents for marketing and communication projects and coordinates workflow among team. Responsibilities include defining projects, collecting information, tracking schedules and deadlines, managing resources and budgets, editing, copyediting, gathering approvals and evaluating results.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field
Four years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or writing
Content creation and writing
Digital campaigns and multimedia strategy
International marketing communications
Microsoft products and Adobe Creative Suite projects
SharePoint or web editing software
Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM)
Workflow, systems/process improvement
Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
More than five years of professional experience in marketing, communications, project management, or related field
Critical Skills and Expertise:
Analytical and skilled at making data-driven decisions
Strong writing, editing and copyediting, especially for digital and marketing campagins
Excellent time-management and organizational skills; ability to multitask
Ability to devise communication strategies and tactics
Familiarity with information technology for internal communications
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-starter environment
Positive work ethic; team oriented, collaborative
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills; demonstrated ability to diplomatically enforce deadlines
This position is full-time and works approximately 37.5 hours per week.

The hiring range for this position is $44,090 - $56,238 annually.
