The Coordinator will execute the e-commerce strategy with direction from supervisors, place digital ads, and interface with channel partners.
The individual will input data into standardized reports for interpretation by Marketing leaders.
Successful candidates in this position are able to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail and follow up. In addition, candidates must be comfortable in an extremely fast-paced, prioritization/re-prioritization, team-based environment.
Follow up on established marketing plans for activities and portals based on Client contracts to ensure that Clients’ programming and websites are marketed effectively based on client expectations, channel partner expectations, market needs and contractual commitments. Such plans may include e Newsletters, banners, broadcast emails, and ads, as applicable.
Maintain, monitor, and track the marketing of Clients’ programming and provide data/reports to Business Development.
Provide support to the Business Development team by modifying presentations, assisting on marketing campaigns, generating activity reports, portal reports and progress updates to be shared with external clients.
Coordinate and serve as a resource for the Implementation Team for marketing of Client projects, new Client requests including distribution, utilization data, and marketing related issues. Includes the coordination of the marketing plans with the Implementation and Multimedia Teams to achieve Client or Business Development goals.
Deliver the communications to clients regarding activity marketing and utilization data information requests, attend all kickoff meetings to determine the marketing strategy for the projects, as well as Client custom reporting needs.
Responsible for the tracking and analysis of activity data to provide the Implementation Team with weekly priorities for portal and newsletter maintenance.
Work with the Corporate Marketing Events team to execute the follow-up on trade shows/ conferences to include adding new leads to the CRM system, coordinating follow-up assignments, as well as monitoring and tracking new leads with assignees.
Education & Experience Required:
Associate’s degree or equivalent post-high school training requited;
Bachelor’s degree preferred
1 year relevant work experience required; 2+ years relevant work experience preferred
Marketing support to include online website and activity
