We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Marketing Brand Manager.
Focused on supporting the strategic and revenue growth priorities of the Bank.
Understanding customers and the identification, development and execution of Marketing strategies, campaigns and activities that support and strengthen the HSBC brand
As part of the Brand Strategy team the role holder will be responsible for leading the internal Marketing communication of the brand resurgence over the next few years throughout the organisation.
Consultancy to Global Business Lines and country campaign management to agree approach, process, methodologies, channel and media developments and best practice
Developing brand plans including year round Marketing, communication programs, strategic development and budget deployment
Driving growth of the business and enhancing customer value through effective brand and agency management
Enhancing brand leadership by leveraging key Marketing initiatives to build and strong brand that fully supports and enriches the Group defined brand essence
Degree level of qualification in business studies or marketing preferred
Proven ability in stakeholder engagement and influence at a senior level
Demonstrate success in developing brand strategy
Marketing planning, development and project experience
Evidence of shaping and influencing customer experience and journeys
Proven ability to be a self-starter with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment
Experience in digital marketing
Chinese speaking and writing ability is preferred
Previous Hong Kong market experience is preferred
The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting.
