You are versed in working to generate new customers as well as building and working with an assigned book of business. You will increase revenue, build strong customer partnerships, and increase retention and customer satisfaction. - Deliver new revenue every month (both with new customers and upsells)
- Help own the success of every customer partnering with Customer Service
- Be responsive to every customer inquiry
- Track relevant qualification and lead management activity in Salesforce
- Develop and execute on a strong prospecting plan of attack, including call scripts, audience segmentation and approach
- Qualify interested candidates and arrange sales appointments
- Deliver sales presentations in one or multiple contacts with a prospect.
- Meet or exceed opportunity/appointment quota through phone-based prospecting & lead qualification
- Provide value added market intelligence to the Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams
- Effectively communicate the value proposition and be able to react to objections, competitive questions, and other FAQs
- Proactively manage your schedule, leads pipeline, and campaigns in order to meet milestones and quarterly objectives
