The role will be responsible for developing advertising proposals with our global ad sales team. This includes collaborating with sales reps on producing ideas based on campaign objectives and proposal requirements. We are looking for someone who is comfortable offering creative sponsorship ideas and enjoys working in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Include:- Manage Purchase Orders for Analytic Services: tracking of invoices with writers and other independent contractors, liaising with HBP finance and contractors throughout their projects, maintaining record of tasks, completion dates and payments. - Write proposals: Work with HBR’s extended global sales team to develop winning proposals for all client requests. - Work with the international reps and when needed the US reps to put together their proposals and enter them into internal tracking system. - Manage the pipeline for all Sponsor Content, work to secure the content from the client, coordinate the edits with the editor of special projects, schedule all social media promotion and gather all the deliverables for the client. - Manage the Insight Center process from proposal through completion, which includes securing the topic approval from the HBR edit team, attaining assets from the client and providing reporting metrics.- Role will be responsible for managing the NY Sales and Marketing Coordinator.
-4 Year College Degree, ideally in a related field -3 - 5 years of marketing experience -Strong communication and collaboration skills -Detail oriented and capable of juggling multiple tasks with competing priorities -Strong proofreading and business writing experience -Prior RFP experience a plus
