Incumbent will report to Director of Digital Communication.
This position will work with the e-Marketing Manager in implementing the e-marketing strategy across External Relations at Harvard Business School. S/he must show flexibility and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, idea-driven, and creative environment. Will work closely with digital marketing/appeals staff, as well as other partners in HBS External Relations and School-wide. The incumbent will be responsible for creating and developing HTML email templates for event invitations, newsletters, appeals, and other alumni-targeted communications (hand coding and modifying existing templates in CVENT and Salesforce Marketing Cloud), testing, coordinating sends, and reporting on email campaigns. S/he should be a creative thinker who can efficiently manage and execute projects, as well as collaborate with multiple stakeholders. S/he should also be skilled at analyzing and interpreting e-marketing data.
