Brand Marketing at General Mills

At General Mills, brand managers are the leaders for each business (Brand) who use general management skills to make high-impact business decisions and lead teams to execute innovative brand marketing to generate demand. Brand Marketers are able to move like leaders of a small company with the resources and knowledge of a Fortune 500 company. 

What will I do?

Our full-time brand management rotation program is a development and training model for the next generation of business leaders. In our rotation program you will be developed through in-role immersions, formal trainings, and manager coaching. Assignments can include experiences such as established brands, innovation/new products, and customer/channel. 

Interns will experience a robust 10-week program leading business critical projects.
