The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with members of the marketing team in this position to oversee and execute on a variety of administrative, project management, and event management tasks to help in planning, organizing, and accomplishing marketing objectives.
The position requires a high level of tactical coordination and strategic alignment across the company to help fulfill specific objectives and drive the Premise Health culture among our employee population.
Essential Job Functions
Oversee tradeshow coordination; assist with logistical and administrative management of tradeshow calendar, booth logistics, and supportive collateral to ensure success in participation.
Active involvement in organization, coordination, and tactical execution for marketing material development including marketing slicks, brochures, tradeshow materials, etc.
Coordinate internal and external (client) meetings; book event space, manage registration, order all supplies, coordinate audiovisual equipment, travel arrangements, etc.
Administrative oversight of team member Intranet, managing homepage and corporate communications page.
Maintain inventory of sales collateral and promotional materials.
Assist in the development of presentations, brochures, and other activities related to sales and marketing.
Track expenses, submit receipts and invoices, and maintain department and tradeshow budgets.
Demonstrated knowledge of social media; ability to generate fresh ideas for social media to engage our internal and external customers/clients.
Participate in corporate committees that require marketing and/or communications oversight or participation.
Support the Marketing team on various marketing activities to help develop strategic relationships, maintain brand reputation, and drive vision and strategy.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field or equivalent
One to three years of marketing and/or communications experience; strong internship experience will be considered in lieu of work experience.
Crystal clear communication, both written and oral; ability to manage multiple projects with various timelines.
Proficient in MS Office suite; experience with the Adobe Creative Suite helpful.
Self-starter, detail-orientated, and organized; demonstrates initiative and thrives in a fast paced, collaborative work environment.
Possess excellent critical thinking and project management skills.
Requirements as set forth in the specific contract for the site may include working flexible hours including evenings, nights and weekends. Travel for training may occasionally be required.
