General Description: This primary responsibility of this position is for developing and implementing marketing plans for the organization, ensuring that PAR/WACHA is communicating clear, consistent and effective messages that increase membership, event attendance and product sales.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Marketing Operations: Develop and manage the annual marketing communications calendar/dashboard, to include social media, email, web and other communication methods. Develop and implement marketing plans and assist executive team in developing marketing strategies.
Member Communications: Manage the layout, writing, editing and production of the weekly newsletters and website. Develop, implement and coordinate member surveys. Develop and manage content on social media channels.
Association Outreach: Develop and maintain positive relationships and rapport with association members. Work with members to provide support and mentorship and increase association membership and product sales.
Data Analysis: Report analytics monthly on website and visits to pages and the newsletter to the Executive leadership team.
Additional Job Responsibilities:
Assist in publications writing.
Other projects as assigned.

PAR/WACHA, we are an association that provides payments training to its members and customers. We cover topics such as ACH, RDC, Wire, Card and Faster Payments. We are know for excellent customer service in answering payments questions. We also conduct ACH audits as well as ACH and RDC Risk assessments.
